Job summary
ABC Imaging in Carlstadt, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping and logistics for our printing and packaging operations. You will verify orders, coordinate with production, and ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers and distributors.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in shipping/logistics, experience with FedEx/UPS and shipping software, and strong computer skills.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience, preferably within printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing domestic and international shipping operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems and shipping software.
- Familiarity with packing lists, invoices, and shipping documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations for finished print products.
- Verify orders against packing slips and shipment documents for accuracy.
- Manage relationships with FedEx, UPS and freight/LTL carriers.
- Generate bills of lading, invoices, and international shipping paperwork.
- Coordinate with production to confirm job readiness and shipping schedules.
- Ensure safe packaging and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Schedule carrier pickups and track on-time deliveries.
- Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and reorder as needed.
- Maintain shipping records in ERP/shipping systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce damages.
