You will review plans and specifications, ensure documentation compliance, and provide RFI/submittal responses and change orders as needed. The ideal candidate brings 8+ to 10+ years of relevant experience, a CA PE license, and a BS in CM/Civil/Structural engineering, with strong communication and team

Qualifications

• Experience leading transportation projects at local, state, and federal levels.
• B.S. in construction or civil/structural engineering and PE license.
• Ten or more years in related roles with public agency exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative and lead client meetings.
• Review plans, specs, and ensure compliance with documents.
• Provide project documentation (RFI, submittals, change orders).
• Oversee field inspection and supervision of project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
