Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Vienna, VA to lead large, multi-disciplinary projects across the transportation sector. You will coordinate teams through the full project lifecycle, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships while upholding HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Required: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of project management experience; strong communication and organizational skills; familiarity with MS Office and scheduling/estimation tools.

• 10 years related experience; 5+ years PM experience? (from requirements)
• Must have ability to interact with design teams; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams over project lifecycle.
• Manage large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
• Establish and maintain client relations; participate in meetings with marketing, contractual, design and production teams.
• Coordinate staffing and workload; ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.
• Track financial aspects of projects and perform periodic reviews.
