Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Transportation team in Marlborough, MA. This role leads diverse, award-winning public transportation initiatives and fast-paced private development projects, guiding planning, design, and construction support with a focus on quality, schedule, and budget.

You will serve as the primary client liaison, mentor staff, support business development, and ensure adherence to MassDOT/MEPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massachusetts State PE with 10+ years of transportation design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of traffic operations, signal design and safety analysis.
• Experience managing transportation projects and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of traffic engineering projects within budget and schedule.
• Serve as primary client liaison with agencies and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review traffic studies and design plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical staff.
