Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation design projects in Massachusetts and New England. You will manage multi-disciplined teams, develop scopes and budgets, and drive project delivery for state and municipal clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience, PMP/ CCM/DBIA certification, and willingness to travel. You will mentor staff and help grow our transportation program across MA, NH, and RI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Senior Project Manager for design projects in the transportation program.
• Build strong relationships with transportation clients in MA and New England.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance.
• Mentor staff and expand the design and program management practice in MA, NH, and RI.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables across transportation projects.
• Support marketing and business development efforts in the New England region.
