Horner & Shifrin, Inc. seeks a full-time Transportation Project Manager in Illinois to lead project teams and deliver comprehensive transportation solutions.

The role requires a PE in Illinois, 10+ years of experience, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Responsibilities include developing engineering solutions, coordinating teams, and producing thorough reports; travel to project sites will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed professional engineer in Illinois is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in transportation/project management.
• Experience coordinating with clients, vendors and staff at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and one or more CAD tools (MicroStation or AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of highway design packages (OpenRoads, Geopak, Civil3D).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage transportation projects from initiation through delivery; lead project teams.
• Develop engineering solutions and deliver thorough end products.
• Interact with clients and cultivate strong relationships; identify and pursue opportunities.
• Track multiple projects to maintain schedule and budget; ensure quality deliverables.
• Prepare engineering reports and respond to project solicitations.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors and field personnel; travel to job sites as needed.
