• Develop project scope and fee quotations, and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget to client satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews for project staff.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to address design-related issues.
• Lead proposal development and client presentations for mega projects.
