Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary projects in Florida. You will develop project scope and fee estimates, prepare technical proposals, and participate in contract negotiations to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead the development and execution of the project management plan.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
