Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead the growth and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects from our Phoenix, Arizona office. You will combine technical leadership, client relationship management, and project delivery to shape transportation in the region.

As part of the U.S. West Transportation team, you will collaborate with engineers, planners, and project leaders to deliver solutions for public-sector clients and strengthen relationships

Qualifications

• BS / BA + 10years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary transportation projects (roadway, highway, interchanges).
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients across Arizona and adjacent markets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new transportation opportunities through client engagement and strategic pursuits.
• Manage project portfolios with scope, schedule, budget, profitability, quality, staffing, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical insight as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across roadway design, traffic, drainage, structures, and environmental services.
