This role requires a PE license or equivalent recognition, a engineering degree, and 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on leadership, business development, and strategic planning. Hybrid or on-site collaboration is common in this employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license recognized by licensing board.
• MS Office and MS Project experience; Access experience would be a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.
• Active participant of employee-owned culture.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Responsible for large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through project lifecycle and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Track financials and adjust work effort to meet budget and schedule.
• Work with Accounting, Operations and Leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor other PMs.
