Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to be based in Tucson, AZ. The role directs the full project scope, budget and schedule, serving as the primary liaison between AECOM and the client while guiding the project team to success.

You will develop pursuit strategies, build client relationships, mentor staff, and act as a visible leader with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries on transportation initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with transportation projects and client management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the entire project budget and schedule through closeout.
• Liaises with the client and project team; guides task leads and staff.
• Develops project pursuits and delivery strategies; identifies staffing needs.
