Qualifications

• Extensive construction management leadership experience on transportation infrastructure.
• Strong QA/QC practices and ability to resolve complex construction issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management and project delivery activities for Colorado transportation projects.
• Provide senior-level technical and operational leadership to CM teams.
• Mentor construction managers, resident engineers, inspectors and project engineers.
• Develop practical solutions to disputes, schedule challenges, change orders, and constructability concerns.
• Identify opportunities, support proposals, and help win projects through strong client relationships.
