Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to be based in Tucson, AZ. The role leads the full project lifecycle from pursuit to closeout, directing budget, schedule, and team activities while serving as the primary client liaison and internal champion of AECOM values.

The ideal candidate brings Arizona PE licensure, 15+ years of transportation project experience, and strong business development skills to build relationships with city and county clients across AZ.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Arizona PE license is required
• 15+ years of progressive experience designing and delivering transportation projects
• Client relationships and business development experience
• Experience as project manager on transportation projects with cities and counties within AZ

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the entire project, including budget and schedule through contract closeout
• Liaises with client and enforces company and project policies
• Mentor staff to enable design and plan development
• Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients
• Promote AECOM's values internally and externally

Education

BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience
