Serve as Project Manager and technical leader for large, complex transportation infrastructure projects.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across roadway, highway, bridge, traffic, transit, drainage, environmental and related disciplines.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risk, and financial performance to meet client objectives.
Coordinate resources and ensure timely preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Act as primary client contact and nurture trusted relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
