Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• Active PE license in VA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with multiple state DOTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design on alternative delivery transportation projects.
• Collaborate with teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Serve as liaison among teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop plans and specifications using OpenRoads Designer.
• Mentor junior engineers and enhance team development.
