Job summary

RK&K is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to take a vital role in planning and delivering Transportation Projects. You'll work closely with experienced engineers on various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build.

This position can be fully remote, with a preference for a hybrid model in Fairfax, VA. You will collaborate on technical designs and support junior engineers while ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• Active PE license in VA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in OpenRoads Designer (ORD) for roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design on alternative delivery transportation projects.
• Develop plans and specifications using OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
• Mentor junior engineers.
