Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years post-education experience with 5+ years in transportation projects.
• PMP or CAP-M certification or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for major transportation programs and projects.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs and risk contingencies.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scopes, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate change management and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain regular client communications and reporting of status, scope and budget.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage contractual obligations.
