• 12+ years of post-education experience with 5+ years in transportation projects.
• PMP or CAP-M certification or equivalent.
• Proficient in project delivery in A/E/C industry with strong PM background.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for major transportation programs and projects.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs; monitor hours and expenses.
• Coordinate scope changes and quality assurance activities with PMs.
• Support client communications, reporting, and monthly status updates.
• Assist in development of project management reporting and tools.
