Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Director, Major Capital Projects (Senior Vice President) to lead the Transportation practice in the Northeast and nationally. The role focuses on strategy, client engagement, and delivering complex urban development and infrastructure programs.

You will guide design directions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive new business through master plans, feasibility studies, and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in urban design, master planning, and large-scale development with leadership role.
• Experience originating work with client relationships and repeat commissions at scale.
• Direct experience leading master plans and development frameworks for major transportation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead direction, growth, staffing, and financial performance of the Transportation practice.
• Open and sustain relationships with agencies, authorities, and developers to shape opportunities.
• Lead or co-lead client relationships and pursuits, including public-private partnerships.
