Job summary

Apex is seeking a senior transportation infrastructure leader to build and grow our practice in Western Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. This seller-doer role blends technical leadership with business development to win and deliver bridge, roadway, drainage, and related civil projects.

You’ll mentor staff, expand client relationships with PennDOT and other agencies, and shape a durable transportation platform aligned with Apex’s national capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in transportation infrastructure engineering and project delivery.
• Strong relationships with public agencies and infrastructure owners.
• Proven ability to lead complex bridge and roadway projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Apex's transportation practice in PA and the Mid-Atlantic.
• Manage client relationships, pursue opportunities, and shape proposals.
• Provide senior technical guidance, QA/QC, and project delivery oversight.
