Job summary
Apex Companies is seeking a Project Manager in our Northeast Division to lead traffic/ transportation engineering efforts, supervise studies, and manage design and bids for roadway projects. You will mentor staff, ensure quality deliverables, and coordinate with municipalities and agencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering is required.
- 8+ years of traffic/transportation engineering experience.
- Knowledge of traffic study and design standards, including MassDOT submission processes.
- Expertise in traffic modeling (Synchro) and traffic signal design.
- PTOE certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the preparation of studies, design and construction bid documents for traffic-related transportation projects.
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and expertise in traffic analysis models and signal design.
