VHB’s Pennsylvania team seeks a Senior Transportation Engineering Manager to lead complex transportation projects for federal, state, and local clients. The role may be based in Lansdale, Philadelphia, or Camp Hill, with a focus on expanding transportation services in PA.

The candidate will blend project management, technical expertise, and leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful PS&E packages while fostering client relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PA PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Project Manager for federal, state, and local clients.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Manage staff and provide technical and professional development.
• Assist with strategy for expansion of transportation services in Pennsylvania.
• Monitor project financial performance.
• Lead meetings with clients and regulatory agencies on traffic analysis and design.
