The role emphasizes business development, mentorship, and collaboration with group leaders to deliver value and growth across the Inland Northwest transportation practice.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• P.E. licensure with Idaho and Washington eligibility within six months.
• 15+ years in transportation engineering with PM or design lead experience.
• Experience managing public agency transportation projects.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and risk.
• Proven cross-disciplinary team leadership and client relationship skills.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to quality, accountability, and staff development.

Aufgaben

• Serve as project manager for roadway, bridge, freeway, and other transportation projects.
• Lead projects from contract development through final delivery and construction support.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, invoicing, AR, budget forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and help develop pursuit strategies aligned with firm goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and engineers.
