Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) seeks a Transportation Project Manager for our Inland Northwest team to oversee roadway, bridge, and highway projects in Idaho and Eastern Washington.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and advance business development with public agencies. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in transportation engineering, a PE license in Idaho and Washington within six months, and proven client-relations and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer licensure with Idaho and Washington registrations within six months of hire.
• 15+ years in transportation engineering with at least 3 years as a project manager or design lead.
• Experience delivering transportation projects for public agencies and managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for roadway, bridge, highway corridor, and related transportation projects.
• Lead contracts, kickoff through final delivery, and construction support.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk-management plans.
• Monitor financial performance, invoicing, and profitability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
