David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Transportation Project Manager to lead roads, bridges and related highway projects across Idaho and Eastern Washington.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and client satisfaction while mentoring staff and driving business growth. The role requires a PE license in Idaho and Washington with 15+ years of transportation experience, strong communication, and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fifteen+ years of transportation engineering experience including at least three years as PM or design lead.
• Professional Engineer licensure in Idaho and Washington within six months of hire.
• Experience managing transportation projects for public agencies.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across technical disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as project manager for roadway, bridge, freeway, highway corridor, interchange, and other transportation projects.
• Lead projects from contract development through final delivery and construction support.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk-management strategies.
• Monitor financial performance including earned value, invoicing, and profitability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality work.
