Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation/logistics or similar
• Strong professional communication skills and relationship building
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
• Experience with multiple shifts including nights/weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety teams
• Fill in for absent personnel and participate in special projects to optimize fleet operations
• Train and orient drivers and related staff on internal and third‑party systems
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability and present KPI-based reports
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment
• Perform payroll, counseling, accident reviews, invoicing and reporting
• Oversee yard operations and coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling
• Collaborate with drivers, customers and staff to resolve service issues
• Uphold safety culture through driver safety messages and trainings
• Plan loads, routes and monitor freight for on‑time service and compliance
