Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years’ or more experience in a senior management role within an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment OR 4 years’ experience in a senior management role as an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment.
• Experience leading transportation, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or fleet operations.
• Experience utilizing operational and financial metrics to drive business performance.
• Experience managing safety, compliance, and workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transportation Operations to ensure on-time delivery and achieve business objectives.
• Lead teams responsible for transportation planning, dispatch, routing, driver support, and freight movement.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Partner with DCs, Fleet Maintenance, Store Operations, and Home Office to support network priorities.
• Ensure readiness to meet changing business demands and customer expectations.
• Drive fleet readiness, utilization, and reliability; support preventive maintenance programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

4 years’ experience in a senior management role within an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment
