Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail with supervising/evaluating/mentoring/developing managers/supervisors.
- Experience in hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas OR 1 year as Walmart Logistics Area Manager OR 3 years in operations/distribution/logistics/retail with supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates verbally or in writing.
- Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals.
- Forecast staffing workload and performance results.
- Prepare and analyze business reports to identify improvements.
- Monitor compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards.
- Hire, promote, coach, and evaluate associates and leaders and provide development opportunities.
