Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attends and successfully completes all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures; monitor compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
