Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement the business plan and manage staffing.
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing business reports and coordinating workloads.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and evaluate performance.
• Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and promote a culture of belonging.
• Attract and retain talent and participate in hiring and promotions.
