Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with HR Generalist experience, supervising and developing employees.
• 2 years of HR Generalist experience including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience supervising and partnering with leadership to meet HR goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, including staffing, onboarding, associate relations, benefits, payroll, and employment lifecycle processes.
• Partner with facility leadership to execute workforce strategies that support operational and business goals.
• Coach and develop leaders and associates through performance management, training, and career growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Drive associate engagement, community involvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
