Cardinal Health is seeking a senior transportation leader to guide a team responsible for inbound/outbound logistics and 3PL partnerships. You will influence cost-to-serve analyses, route optimization, and fleet strategies to drive a reliable transportation network.

The role requires deep analytics, strong communication, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Sales to deliver scalable logistics solutions and value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 8 years in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of domestic transportation and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transportation executives.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities for 3PL customers.
• Optimize routing, location, and carrier strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement customer solutions delivering mutual value.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet equipment analysis.
• Support Account Management on business reviews and strategies.
