Qualifications

• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean methodologies
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance mgmt, promotions and terminations
• Must be flexible to work varied hours including overnight, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget with safety, productivity, financial and labor planning for TOM
• Leads long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months) including labor forecasting and peak-season planning
• Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and productivity
• Networks with leaders across the network to share process improvements and drive efficiencies
• Sets objectives for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
• Mentors and develops leaders and staff; participates in recruiting
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Safety, IT and other leaders to secure resources for initiatives
