Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic and drainage design for complex, high-impact transportation projects.
• Develop engineering designs from basic to highly complex meeting client needs and regulations.
• Review, approve, and seal designs per federal, state, local requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge base.
• Support proposals and responses to RFPs with technical approaches and design narratives.
• Interact with clients in meetings to understand transportation and drainage needs.
