Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent related discipline).
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic and drainage design for complex transportation projects.
• Develop designs meeting client needs, safety standards, and regulations.
• Review, approve, and seal designs per regulations.
• Support construction with field inspections.
• Prepare hydraulic reports, drainage studies, and memos.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work.
