Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, analysis, and design of drainage, hydraulic, hydrologic, and stormwater systems for transportation infrastructure projects.
• Develop and oversee large-scale transportation projects from preliminary engineering through final design, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Prepare and review drainage and stormwater documentation, reports, and permit submissions.
• Perform hydraulic/hydrologic modeling using industry-standard software (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WinTR-55, HydroCAD, PondPack).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support business development activities.
