Responsibilities

• Lead civil projects from concept to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers and staff.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and agencies to define project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inform design decisions with data.
• Prepare and review plans, drawings, specs and reports.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Promote inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement.
