Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Program Manager in its Clean Energy Solutions group to lead transportation electrification initiatives within the Beneficial Electrification program. You will oversee planning, evaluation, and performance measurement across residential and non-residential EV offerings aligned with Illinois’ EV goals.

The role requires developing business plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal and external teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or STEM with 4–7 years of related experience (or 6–9 years without bachelor).
• Strong understanding of project management, performance metrics, and business fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience building business cases and budget/schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and report on performance indicators and tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate corrective actions from performance assessments.
• Develop business plans and justify deliverables across departments.
• Lead change management and employee training for new processes.
• Participate in process-improvement task forces and benchmarking.
• Provide end-user guidance and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
