Job summary

ComEd is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee transportation electrification programs within its Beneficial Electrification investments. You will manage EV offerings and align initiatives with Illinois’ EV goals, guiding planning to post-implementation and ensuring performance metrics are met.

The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and financial skills, and capability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or STEM or 6–9 years of related experience.
• Understanding of standards, methods, processes and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and report on process and initiative assignments; develop indicators and tracking.
• Develop business plans and case studies; support prioritization of deliverables.
• Lead change management for projects; train employees on new processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries; drive performance improvements.
