Job summary

Delmarva Power & Light Co. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee transportation electrification initiatives within ComEd’s BE investments. You will manage programs targeting EV adoption and build business cases to support Illinois’ EV goals and Exelon’s long-range strategy.

The role requires planning, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, IT, and regulatory teams; it may require extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or STEM; 4–7 years of related experience or 6–9 years without bachelor’s.
• Strong understanding of project management; ability to manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CIS/CRM and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated business acumen with analytical, financial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and initiatives with defined milestones.
• Develop performance metrics and tracking mechanisms for reporting results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for business case development and prioritization of deliverables.
• Lead change management and training to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Provide day-to-day client support and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
• Support process improvement and benchmarking activities.
