Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a knowledgeable professional to manage transportation electrification programs within ComEd's Beneficial Electrification investments. You will develop, manage and evaluate projects from planning through post-implementation, aligning with Illinois' EV goals and Exelon’s long-range strategy.

Responsibilities include creating business plans, performance metrics, and ensuring organizational alignment while driving best-practice integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM field with 4–7 years of related business experience or 6–9 years in lieu of degree.
• MBA or Master’s degree desirable for advanced roles.
• Strong problem solving, analytical/financial, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to influence across levels and functions.
• Experience developing and implementing process enhancements and efficiencies, including new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and initiatives; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms; report results to leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop business cases and prioritize deliverables.
• Lead change management activities and train staff on new processes.
• Provide day-to-day client support and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to process improvement task forces and benchmarking analyses.
