Job summary

Horrocks, a leading Design-Build firm, is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager to join our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead structural teams on transportation projects, coordinate with other discipline leads, and drive design and delivery from concept to plans.

The role requires a PE license and 10+ years in transportation structures, with 3+ years guiding DOT DB/PDB projects. Excellent communication and client relations are essential, and a commitment to growth within a

Qualifications

5+ years of leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
Must be able to work effectively as a team leader and maintain positive client relationships.
Strong communication with clients, staff and management.
Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation on DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
Coordinate with other discipline leads.
Be an integral member of the project management and delivery team.
Lead structural design, analysis, studies, plans and specifications.
Utilize standard bridge industry software.
Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
Work on local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
