Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager to drive the growth of our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will guide transportation structures design for DB or PDB projects, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to deliver value-added designs.

The role requires a current PE license and 10+ years in transportation structures design with 5+ years in leading teams. A strong client/team leadership background is essential for success in our collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• PE license required; preferred in multiple states listed.
• 10+ years in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years leading structural design teams.
• 3+ years with DOT DB or PDB projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and team leadership.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline teams for transportation projects on DB/PDB pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and project managers.
• Contribute as a core member of the delivery team.
• Lead design, analysis, studies, reports, plans and specifications.
• Utilize standard bridge design software and best practices.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients; meet deadlines.
• Be available for local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff and management.
• Grow professionally within a collaborative project environment.
