Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience as a highway engineer.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience working with PennDOT and/or PTC.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design projects for key agencies.
• Mentor junior civil design staff.
• Prepare estimates for highway tasks and oversee quality control.
