Job summary

HRG, an employee-owned engineering and planning firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Transportation team in Cranberry Township, PA. You will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation projects, including roadways and bridges, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.

You will serve as a primary client liaison, mentor staff, and drive successful project outcomes in alignment with agency requirements and HRG standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure preferred for senior-level transportation projects.
• 8+ years of experience managing engineering/transportation projects.
• Experience with highway, traffic, bridge projects; PennDOT familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects from planning through design and completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare design calculations, analyses, plans, specs, and contracts.
• Coordinate with agencies and clients; manage submittals and approvals.
• Support permitting efforts with PennDOT and other agencies.
• Lead meetings with agencies and stakeholders and mentor staff.
• Assist in proposals and business development.
