Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster who is bilingual in Spanish to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims from remote locations.

The role requires 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience, licenses as required, and strong negotiation and communication skills. You will collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Manages moderate complexity claims involving Attorney represented BI exposures.
• Conducts more independent coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Demonstrates developing expertise in transportation claims.
