Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Adjuster who is bilingual in Spanish to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims. The role requires strong report writing, time management, and effective communication as you collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and providers.

You will handle claims of increasing complexity, maintain diaries, manage reserves, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (read & write).
• Prefer 5+ years of commercial transportation experience.
• Superior report writing skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective communicator.
• Holds a Texas all-lines license; Florida and other licenses a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have above average computer skills.
• Team player.
• Litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust auto and commercial transportation claims.
• Communicate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and providers.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain diaries.
• Manage reserves and exposure within guidelines.
• Collaborate to ensure timely claim resolution.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
