Job summary

Davies North America seeks a Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims in accordance with company guidelines. The role requires 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience, bilingual Spanish, and licenses; remote-based in Texas with supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Active adjuster license(s) as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience handling BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Perform coverage analysis and strategy decisions as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate claim resolution.
