Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Adjuster-Bilingual to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims from a remote Texas-based setting. You will collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers to drive timely resolutions in compliance with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in liability or transportation claims, bilingual Spanish, and active adjuster licenses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Conducts independent coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Developing expertise in transportation claims.

Responsabilités

• Maintain investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of auto and trucking liability claims.
• Handle moderate complexity claims involving attorney represented BI exposures.
• Conduct coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Develop transportation claims expertise.
