Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility and developer infrastructure.
• Coordinate with project teams, government agencies, regulators, and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for line routes and site selections.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; manage changes as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to deliver client deliverables.
